Juneau's Dooney Johnson totaled 30 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists in the Pioneers’ 80-77 win over Hamilton last week. In three games against MCC opponents this season, Johnson is averaging 28.3 points,... 9.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game.

Aniya Blackmon led the charge for Golda Meir in its 1-1 week, posting 30 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists in a loss to Milwaukee Lutheran and 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists in a win over Riverside. For the season, Blackmon is now averaging 22.4 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 4.4 assists in the Owls' five contests.

Jakari Smith and the Bradley Tech Trojans started the season strong last week, chalking up double-digit road wins at Janesville Parker and North Division. Smith posted a double-double in both contests, averaging... 23.0 points, 17.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists.

Javante Edwards, a Canisius University signee, powered Carmen Northwest to three narrow wins last week (76-74 at Golda Meir, 69-65 vs. St. Thomas More, and 81-79 at Racine St. Catherine’s). For the week, Edwards posted 29.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game.
