Elijah Quinonez (Riverside University High School) and Kilia Mathis (Juneau High School) were named the Milwaukee City Conference Student-Athletes of the Week for the week of Sept. 29 – Oct. 5.

Quinonez completed 9 of 16 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns in the Tigers’ 38-36 win over Marshall on Friday, Oct. 4 at South Stadium. He also added 32 yards and a touchdown on the ground.

Mathis was a force for Juneau last week, leading the Pioneers to a 1-1 week with nine aces, a 94.6 serve percentage, 16 kills, 29 assists, and 27 digs.
